Our team is looking for high-performing Business Development Reps to help drive our mission. In this role, you’ll prospect daily with Dirt World companies to help them solve their biggest workforce challenges, whether we’re the right fit or not. Our team is driven, close knit, and believes that doing the impossible is a whole lot of fun. We’re passionate about serving the Dirt World and dedicated to changing the narrative that surrounds it.

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

Booking 20 qualified outbound meetings per month.
Responding to 100% of inbound leads within 1 business hour.
Logging 100% of activity in Hubspot.
A strong partnership with your Account Executive to hit individual and team metrics.
Continuous personal improvement.

You’re self-motivated and don’t need your hand held to get things done, while also being willing to ask for help when you need it.

Bonus points if you’ve previously worked with a heavy civil construction company or have SAAS experience.
