Our team is looking for a high-performing Customer Support Rep to help drive our mission. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team and customers to ensure we’re delivering serious value through our software.

As a CSR at BuildWitt you’ll get to:

Ensure our customers are so successful using BuildWitt Improve that renewing feels like the easiest decision they’ll make all year.
Build a strong partnership with your Customer Success Manager to hit individual and team metrics. You’ll help monitor and provide important data, manage tickets, resolve support issues, set up meetings and coach customers, provide system implementation support to new customers, and be an expert in our software.
Help define how we provide world-class service to our customers.
Deeply understand our customers, their challenges, and how we help solve them.

Experience with MS or Google suite
Willing and excited to travel
